These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FightBase mobile application and website at fightbaseapp.com, operated by FPP OÜ, a company registered in Estonia ("FightBase", "we", "us", or "our").
By creating an account or using FightBase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
FightBase is a marketplace platform that connects combat sports athletes (Fighters) with training camp organisers (Organisers) and professional coaches (Coaches). FightBase facilitates discovery and booking — we are not ourselves a training provider, gym, or coaching service.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By using FightBase, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
FightBase supports four account types:

When you book a camp or coaching session through FightBase:
All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. FightBase does not store your card details. By making a payment, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.
Prices are displayed in euros (EUR) unless otherwise stated. FightBase is not responsible for currency conversion fees charged by your bank or card provider.
Cancellation and refund policies vary by listing and are set by the Organiser or Coach. These are displayed on each listing page before you book. FightBase does not guarantee refunds and is not liable for disputes between users and providers.
If you believe an Organiser or Coach has acted fraudulently or in bad faith, contact us at hello@fightbaseapp.com and we will investigate.
If you list a camp or coaching service on FightBase, you agree to:
FightBase reserves the right to remove any listing or suspend any account that violates these obligations.
FightBase offers optional paid subscription tiers for Organisers and Coaches that provide additional platform features. Subscription fees are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused subscription time.
FightBase offers a one-time Verified Badge for coaches and organisers who complete our verification process. The badge is non-transferable and may be revoked if the account is found to have provided false information during verification.
You must not use FightBase to:
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
You retain ownership of any content you upload to FightBase (photos, text, listings). By uploading content, you grant FightBase a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and use that content to operate and promote the platform.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content you post.
FightBase is a marketplace. We do not control the quality, safety, or legality of the camps and coaching services listed on the platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FightBase's liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid to FightBase in the 12 months preceding the claim.
FightBase is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to injury sustained during training activities.
Combat sports training carries inherent physical risk. By booking camps or coaching sessions through FightBase, you acknowledge and accept these risks. FightBase strongly recommends that you ensure you have appropriate health insurance and that you disclose any medical conditions to your coach or organiser before training.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of FightBase shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of FightBase after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
